Customers Billing/Transaction Information - billing information such as credit card data, PayPal account information and other important information is not gathered or stored in any part of our network.
All transactions are processed with a 100% secure server with the highest level of data encryption.   
Carino Baby does retrieve information at the time of your purchase such as IP address, cookie information and the page you have referred from. We do not use any of this information for marketing or other web purposes. If requested or needed in the event of a fraudulent transaction or chargeback your information may be used.
Email/Newsletters – Carino Baby does not take part in unsolicited email service. All email addresses are protected and never shared with third parties for resale or use. Carino Baby will only share email address with our sister sites.
Carino Baby does reserve the right to verify all billing information details such as address, CVV, zip code and issuing bank of credit card. Account fraud is taken very seriously and will not be tolerated and reported to the authorities; all card holder information will be forwarded to the proper authorities and prosecuted. Carino Baby will respond to subpoenas, and court orders, either to prosecute due to fraudulent transactions or defend a claim.
This privacy policy is subject to change and in the event of a major change all members will be notified.

Returns & Replacements
Carino Baby believes that customer satisfaction is very important, hence we have a full refund policy. Refunds don't apply to items that have been worn, washed or at least 15 days old. Shipping fees are not refundable
If your item is defective or you were shipped the incorrect color, size or style we will issue a new item or a full refund depending on the customer’s request.
 If your package has been returned to us because of an invalid address, moved, address doesn't exsist, missing certain information such as floor # and Apt #, this will be the customers responsibility to follow up with Carino Baby too make new shipping arrangements. The customer is responsible for an additional $15.00 for any returned packages by our carrier because of an invalid shipping address. Additional shipping charges apply if returned packages are re-shipped.

Exchanges must be received within 10 days of receipt otherwise they will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense therefore no return or exchange will be granted.
 If an exchange is approved and received by Carino Baby the exchange can take up to 15 days of processing from the day of receipt. Shipping charges will apply to exchange items.
Gift Boxes and Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unwanted items: If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact Carino Baby within 8 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the unwanted item. You must get approval by email from Carino Baby that a return package is granted. You must then ship the item (in new condition, in its original packaging) back to our warehouse at your expense. We are not responsible for goods that are lost in transit without a tracking details. Unwanted goods must be received within 8 days of talking with a customer support rep otherwise they will be rejected and no refund or credit will be applied.

International Returns: Please contact the Carino Baby within 15 days of receipt to obtain instructions on how to return the unwanted item. Because of your internation location we allow for 18 days of transit to arrive back at our facility for returning, exchanging of refunding.

Chargebacks: Inappropriate chargebacks by customers can become a costly and lengthy process and may subject the person (customer) making the chargeback to criminal and civil liability. If its an item you wish to return then contact us or read about our returns and exchange terms. Any unreasonable and or unilateral chargeback will be contested by Carino Baby.com and will be subject to a $50 fee charged to your credit card. If you subsequently chargeback that fee as well, your account will be forwarded to a collection agency for collection and a negative report will be issued to credit reporting agencies. Carino Baby.com prosecutes all misuse of credit cards to the fullest extent allowed by law.
